BlackICE Server Panel 1.2.2

Moved server installations can now be recovered from General settings. A missing server directory is shown across the dashboard with a direct route to repair it, while existing configuration and accounts are retained.

Changes

• Validate and save an absolute native server directory while the server is stopped.
• Detect missing directories/executables in shared status and replace unavailable header actions with a recovery link.
• Rebind process, bundle and bridge adapters without restarting the Webhost.
• Block relocation during prepared or active server updates and retain process-ownership checks.
• Allow initial runtime seeding into a Docker server mount; Docker relocation remains a deployment-mount change.
• Add contribution/issue templates and moved-directory/permission integration coverage.
