First Laser Bear Industries Release. This version of the firmware includes support for flashing via DOL application directly on the GameCube, the app is included but will not work with older firmware, you will need to install this firmware via the web-config, future updates will be possible with the DOL app.
I recommend using the beta web app as it is more robust https://darthcloud.github.io/BlueRetroWebCfg_Beta/
