Fixed

• Updates could not install themselves. LastSave asked for the new version, received an error
  page instead of the package, and said nothing — so an update that was ready never arrived. It now
  fetches releases straight from GitHub.

Added

• LastSave tells you what the update is doing. A new version, a download in progress, a
  download that failed and can be retried — each one now appears in the notification tray instead
  of happening silently. An update that is ready waits for you to restart; LastSave never restarts
  on its own.
• Automatic downloads can be turned off, in Settings → About. LastSave still tells you when a
  new version exists, and waits for you to ask before downloading it.
