Added saved overlay profiles so stream layouts can be switched, saved, and saved as new presets from the Overlay settings workspace

This release is a minor version bump because it adds new overlay profile workflows and a broader visual customization surface
Automated frontend coverage, backend coverage, dependency audit, release build, desktop publish, and release packaging checks are expected to pass for this release
