Fixes

• Fixed a duplicate item code that broke the Narrel boulder gate(not fully tested yet). This threw "Chapter 7" into the item pool which never should have happened. Causing the not fully tested Narrel item to never be sent.

Recommended settings

• Goal Chapter 2, 3 or 4. - The game is largely untested beyond this point. It's hooked up but the logic hasn't been set through with a fine tooth comb yet and the Narrel blocker I setup has only been minimally tested, I do not trust it fully without running more tests first.
• Battlesanity False - I need to run a couple more logic passthroughs first before being fully confident.
