Extra debug stuff & Surrogate Update

Nothing huge on this update, but a lot of utility if you're digging into the game like I am. But I did fix up surrogates! :)

• I've updated the surrogates list, since CP1, CP2 and CP3 dont mean much to a player. They're now named after their label in game.
• I fixed the Tree Roots not warping you to the Tree Roots surrogate.
• To aid in current endeavours there's now a Force +500 button. Yes... force power upgrades have no hard cap. Enjoy!
• For debug stuff, there's a new menu for SyncData flags and Global flags. Use at your own risk. I've had a couple issues with playing with them so your mileage may vary.
• Returned a very old button to dump the item hash table.
