Research: register unacquired large-scale compute queue

Scope

Register the computations that still have zero target acquisition, without duplicating existing Issues or changing P0/P1 lifecycle.

Contents

• machine-readable four-route large-scale queue and one medium-scale pilot;
• activation gates, hardware routing and stop rules;
• explicit completed/stopped list preventing accidental reruns;
• current boundary that Issue [P0 theory] Original Matching-One observable: homology-marked trace, normalization, and identifiable predictions #275 remains theory/existing-assets first and has no large MC block queued.

Validation

• YAML parsed successfully;
• git diff --check passed;
• no simulation, server start, issue lifecycle change or priority mutation.

The zero-target inventory is retained, but the routes are re-ranked by prospective model reduction per cost. Main adjustments:

• [P0 theory] Original Matching-One observable: homology-marked trace, normalization, and identifiable predictions #275 candidate columns and existing covariance remain first; no large block is currently launchable.
• add a stabilizer-free generic-modulus full homology-vector design as the strongest new conditional operator discriminator;
• recast the Pell route from a scalar typed-H4 gate to an actual-modulus C3 homology-vector Taylor jet, with a smaller power pilot and square-bond control before N418/N780;
• keep N650/N850 cost-stopped under the completed 27.21B/55.18B power projection;
• keep transfer-matrix/block-confidence work behind measured reproduction or power gates;
• narrow [P2 breakthrough] Spectral-sample tomography of the matching H4 sector by noise operators #227 to within-irrep spectral transmission rather than a symmetry-forbidden cross-spectrum.
