NetCtrl v2.1.4 - Windows Kernel Routing Suppression & Complete Block
Automatically disables Windows TCP/IP interface forwarding (netsh interface ipv4 set interface <name> forwarding=disabled and PowerShell Set-NetIPInterface -Forwarding Disabled) and sets IPEnableRouter = 0 on application launch.
Previously, if Windows IP routing was enabled in the OS registry (e.g. from legacy SelfishNet tools), the Windows kernel routed packets at the IP stack level independently of user-space packet dropping, causing blocked devices to still reach the internet. With kernel forwarding suppressed, NetCtrl maintains 100% exclusive Layer-2 drop and rate-limiting authority.
