First public release of L4-Notchbar.

Install: download L4-Notchbar_0.1.0_x64-setup.exe below and run it. No admin rights or developer tools needed.

Windows SmartScreen may warn because the installer is not code-signed yet: More info → Run anyway.

Future versions are offered inside the app under Settings → General → Updates.
