OBS Studio WebGPU - Windows Preview

Windows portable preview with experimental WebGPU support for OBS Browser Sources.

Quick start:

1. Download and extract the ZIP.
2. Start bin\64bit\obs64.exe.
3. In Settings -> Advanced, set Browser Source WebGPU mode to Auto and restart OBS.

The package includes OBS, CEF, plugins, and data files. Do not move obs64.exe out of the extracted folder.
