This is a bugfix release for v1.39.0:

  • Fix crash when we have one single remote Lacus instance configured
  • Bump Playwright
  • Support Python 3.14

Warning: if you're using Ubuntu 26.04, playwright won't install and you need to use this workaround, until Playwright 1.61 is out.
