2. Unzip the whole folder somewhere permanent
3. Double-click VTuberCombatChess.exe (or Play.bat)

Keep share\, stockfish.exe, and the DLLs next to the .exe.

This build

• Default piece set: vTuber Set 1
• Music UI analysis gated by Menu pulse (default off) — fixes Starship progressive slowdown from per-frame MP3 seek
• Particle / FX pool caps and optional VCC_PERF_LOG diagnostics
• Main Menu, themes, Stockfish AI, online multiplayer rooms

Not included

Nightfire stream autopilot / orbit / NFF2 hooks — those stay in Nightfire's private fork only.
