1. Download VTuberCombatChess-Windows.zip below
2. Unzip the whole folder (keep files together)
3. Double-click VTuberCombatChess.exe (or Play.bat)

Includes stockfish.exe for the AI opponent, runtime DLLs, and all game assets.
