CleanLens 0.2.1 refreshes the project guide and website to match the current Windows app.

Documented workflows

  • Installed app inventory, filters, checkbox selection and Manual-delete-only batch cleanup.
  • Reviewed registered uninstallers, Authenticode checks and read-only leftover reports.
  • Local Install Monitor, configurable manual scan roots and quarantine/restore.
  • On-demand Disk scans, folder navigation, largest-item views, file-type totals, treemap and confirmed permanent deletion.

The app functionality is unchanged from 0.2.0. Disk measurements use logical file lengths, skip junction and symbolic-link targets, and do not open ZIP contents. Permanent deletion bypasses the Recycle Bin and cannot be undone.

Extract CleanLens-0.2.1-win-x64.zip and run CleanLens.exe. The package includes the .NET runtime. It is unsigned and has no installer or updater; Windows SmartScreen may show a warning.
