Nether Chance 1.2

Opening the Nether now brings cosmetic lightning, a 15-minute rainstorm, and a random announcement. Closing it clears the weather.

• Four opening phrases and four closing phrases, with no immediate repeats when the pool has multiple choices. The last choice is remembered across restarts.
• Opening and closing sound cues reach players in every dimension.
• Messages, storm duration, affected worlds, and individual effects are configurable.
• Effects only run when the gate state changes. Restarting, reloading, or repeating an open/close command won't replay them.

Requires Paper 26.2 and Java 25. Existing config files pick up defaults for the new settings.

Nether Chance 1.1

Blocks every player teleport crossing a closed Nether boundary, including /home, /spawn, /back, /tpa, portals, and other plugin teleports. Players receive a direct blocked-teleport chat message. Same-dimension teleports remain available. Built and tested for Paper 26.2 on Java 25.
