Guide on how to setup MatchZy-Webhook

To setup Webhook server using included prebuild binaries:

Unzip contents into special folders on Desktop or anywhere you'd like
Enter config folder and duplicate the config.example.json file and rename to config.json
Open config.json in text editor or IDE and fill out your information.
If both use_cloudflare and free_tunnel are set to true it will spawn Cloudflared tunnel allowing CS2 server to communicate with the Webhook without exposing ports and managing certs.
Copy the public facing url with /matchzy end and run matchzy_remote_log_url <URL> on your cs server (skip if using cloudflared)
Run commands shown in console on server
Run MatchZy-Webhook or MatchZy-Webhook.exe and keep the window open for duration of match or setup docker below on your PC or server
