Templating system in MatchZy-Webhook

Templating work by adding $VAL into template string in .json file and is then replaced by actual data that the MatchZy event provides and sent to Discord webhook.

Currently supported placeholders:

Match Specific

  • $MATCHID - Fisplays the matchid internally used by MatchZy and used in match config file.

  • $WINNER - Fisplays name of the winning team. For example team_lukseh or if match config is provided the name of the team like Vitality etc...

  • $NUMMAP - Displays the number of map in series.

  • $MAPS - Displays total number of maps to be played. For example in BO5 it would show 5.

  • $PICKEDMAP - Displays the name of map that was picked/banned in veto.

  • $SELECTOR - Displays name of team that picked/banned in veto.

  • $SIDEPICKED - Displays which side was picked in veto.

  • $SERIES1 - Shows score in series for first team after series end.

  • $SERIES2 - Shows score in series for second team after series end.

After round

  • $ROUND - Displays the number of round which ended.

  • $DUROUND - Displays the time round lasted in MM:SS.

  • $REASON - Displays the reason of round end. For Example bomb defused, which could be used with $WINNER variable.

Team specific

  • $TEAM1 - Displays name of the first team.

  • $TEAM2 - Displays name of the second team.

  • $MAPS1 - Displays how many won maps first team has.

  • $MAPS2 - Displays how many won maps second team has.

  • $SCORE1 - Displays current maps score for first team.

  • $SCORE2 - Displays current maps score for second team.

  • $SCORE_CT1 - Display current maps score on ct side for the first team.

  • $SCORE_CT2 - Display current maps score on ct side for the second team.

  • $SCORE_TT1 - Display current maps score on t side for the first team.

  • $SCORE_TT2 - Display current maps score on t side for the second team.

  • $SIDE1 - Displays side on which the first team is on.

  • $SIDE2 - Displays side on which the second team is on.

  • $STARTSIDE1 - Displays on which side the first team started on.

  • $STARTSIDE2 - Displays on which side the second team started on.

Player specific - These are used inside FOREACH using PLAYERS1 or PLAYERS2 arrays

  • $STEAMID - Displays current players steamid. Useable in discords markdown for linkind profile.

  • $NICKNAME - Displays the nickname player has on server.

  • Soon also stats will be available.

It also supports simple functions like these:

  • $FOREACH() which requires array as first argument and string in '' literals as second. For example to print each players nickname you do
$FOREACH($PLAYERS1, '[$NICKNAME](https://steamcommunity/id/$STEAMID) \n')
