Improved comms with VRnyan, removing a few frames of latency, should be just as smooth as the regular VNyan camera
Fixed static axes not being fully static (they could be affected by rotation)
Preliminary work for controlling VNyan secondary Spout2 cameras (not functional yet)
Changed main settings file to just specify which main camera settings to load

internal changes:
Moved all camera handling into a new CameraWrangler object, ready for hooking up to VNyan Spout2 cameras
