StepReceipt records one-time JavaScript actions and separate observations, then renders a standalone HTML report with English/Chinese controls.

• CLI rendering: Node.js 20+, zero runtime dependencies.
• Demo: actual localhost Playwright run, one POST, one saved record, one tool timeout.
• Local checks: seven core/CLI tests and real-browser report import, offline export/reopen, mobile layout and injection checks passed.
• No npm publication or native browser-use/Stagehand/Codex/MCP adapter validation yet. Caller-supplied checks are not independently certified.
