Liquid Glass WPF UI: acrylic backdrop, translucent weather cards, soft highlight sheen, and rain/thunder warm tinting.
Security hardening: removed legacy script extraction/execution from the worker path, removed parent-directory launcher discovery, and kept runtime settings in the user data directory.
Privacy hardening: release assets exclude personal settings, reports, screenshots, logs, and local machine paths.
Reliability fixes: numeric location keys, longer launcher command timeout, snapshot fast-boot/fallback, last-good weather preserved on refresh failure, and worker exit when the launcher owner disappears.
Packaging: single unsigned Windows x64 executable plus SHA256 checksum.

安全修复：worker 不再抽取或执行旧脚本片段，launcher 不再沿父目录寻找可疑脚本，运行配置放到用户数据目录。
隐私修复：发布资产不包含个人 settings、报告、截图、日志或本机绝对路径。
可靠性修复：统一数字地区 key，延长命令超时，支持快照快速启动/失败回退，刷新失败保留上一份可用天气，并修复 launcher 退出后的 worker 残留。
打包形式：Windows x64 单文件 exe，未签名，附 SHA256 校验。
