  • Add ruff as linter and code formatter.
  • Add pyproject.toml to build package.
  • Update github workflow (run pre-commit hooks)

NOTE :
Several ruff warnings are ignored (see section tool.ruff.lint.per-file-ignores of pyproject.toml). These warnings should be fixed later.
