BLACK SHEEP TOWN English v1.0.0

The first complete MAO English release of BLACK SHEEP TOWN.

The v1.0.0 archive was refreshed in place after a complete source-locked
specificity and literary-texture audit. Nineteen English lines were revised
where the Japanese supported a more exact or evocative expression that an
English novelist could naturally defend. Facts, implications, terminology,
markup, script topology, and runtime behavior are unchanged. This refresh also
retains the earlier source-ruby correction.
