Montagent v0.1.1

macOS binaries are now signed and notarized. Otherwise this is v0.1.0.

macOS
The two macOS archives carry a binary signed with a Developer ID and notarized
by Apple (ADR-0138). Extract it and run it: no `xattr` step, and an MCP client
can start it directly. macOS checks the binary with Apple the first time it
runs, which needs an internet connection; if that first run has to happen
offline, clear the quarantine flag first:
    xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ./montagent

Install
- Download the archive for your platform below and put `montagent` on PATH.
  Six targets: macOS, Linux and Windows, each for x86_64 and aarch64.
  Check it against SHA256SUMS.
- You also need ffmpeg 7.1 or newer, built with libx264, on PATH (ADR-0115).

Not in this release
- crates.io: `cargo install montagent` doesn't work yet.
