Montagent v0.2.1

Font acquisition and licence evidence, render profiling, and static layer prefix caching.

Fonts & evidence:
- Explicit font acquisition via URL or Google Fonts: `montagent fonts acquire` (CLI)
  and `fonts_acquire` (MCP). Returns candidate paths and verified evidence receipts
  without mutating project files (ADR-0197).
- Discover host fonts and licence classifications via `fonts_list` (MCP) and
  `montagent fonts list` (CLI).
- Vendor verified fonts into the project behind the licence gate via `fonts_vendor`
  (MCP) and `montagent fonts vendor` (CLI).

Performance & profiling:
- Render profiling: CPU ms per element, type and effect breakdown via
  `montagent render --profile` and MCP `render` parameter `profile: true` (ADR-0194).
- Static layer prefix caching: caches byte-identical bottom layer prefixes across frames
  to accelerate preview and export rendering (ADR-0195).
- Video painter probe bounds: bounded probe frame selection for video painters (ADR-0196).
- Wall clock gap tracking in progress file JSON (ADR-0193).
