Dev Build
v2.2.0
Changed
- Build: mod version 2.2.0.
Fixed
- HUD: corrected all deferred (post-task) draw positions after Meteor 26.2's
HudRendererpose change —begin()now pushes a1/guiScalepose and post
tasks run inside it, so posted draws expect full GUI-pixel coordinates.
ArmorHud+ armor icons, TargetHud player heads (Blackout and ExhibitionOld
modes), and GearHud items drew detached toward the top-left because they
carried 1.21.11-era/2coordinate compensation that had only ever been
correct at guiScale 2. GearHud items are now deferred throughrenderer.post
per the 26.2 contract (they were drawn synchronously with a stale
compensation hack), and ArmorHudPlus's deadPoseStackusage is dropped.
Verified in-game on MC 26.2 / Meteor 26.2-SNAPSHOT. (4ea4516)
Blackout 2.1.0
Update for Minecraft 26.2 and Meteor Client 26.2.
Toolchain — Baritone 26.2-SNAPSHOT, Fabric Loader 0.19.3, Fabric Loom 1.17-SNAPSHOT, Gradle 9.6.1. fabric.mod.json declares ~26.2 compatibility and meteor-client >=26.2-0 (matches Meteor's distributed 26.2-N pre-release versioning).
Ported to the 26.2 APIs
- 62 BlockPos.getCenter() call sites (22 files) → static Vec3.atCenterOf
- EntityType constants → the new EntityTypes class (AutoTrapPlus, SelfTrapPlus)
- Items.RED_BED removal → instanceof BedItem / Items.BED.pick(DyeColor.RED) (OffHandPlus)
- Minecraft.screen field removal → mc.gui.screen(); Gui.getChat() → mc.gui.hud.getChat()
- ClientboundSetPlayerTeamPacket.Parameters record accessors (PacketNames)
Mixins — MixinItemInHandRenderer retargeted to the renamed ItemInHandRenderer.submitHandsWithItems/submitArmWithItem; all 12 mixins and both access-widener entries revalidated against 26.2 mojmap.
Verified — boots and loads cleanly in a 26.2 instance alongside meteor-client 26.2-4 and Baritone 26.2-SNAPSHOT.

2.0.0 — Meteor/MC 26.1.x port
First public release of the BlackOut port — retargeted from Minecraft 1.21.11 to Meteor Client 26.1.x / Minecraft 26.1.2, with the full source converted to mojmap and revalidated against 26.1.2.
Requires: Minecraft 26.1.x · Meteor Client 26.1.x · Fabric Loader 0.19.2+ · Java 25+
Added
- Docs:
CHANGELOG.md(Keep a Changelog) backfilled with the 26.1.x port work. - Project automation:
.pi/config — agents, skills, theminecraft-devMCP server, and the bootstrap manifest. - Tooling: autonomous in-game test-client verification harness + Meteor MCP wiring.
Changed
- Build: wired Spotless + Google Java Format; normalized the source tree (2-space indent, no wildcard imports, K&R braces, 100-column limit).
- RaytraceSettings: renamed the
ClipContextfield →clipContext(it shadowed its own type); updated 19 access sites. - RaytraceSettings: consolidated onto Meteor's built-in
IClipContext, dropping BlackOut's duplicate. - Housekeeping: expanded a wildcard settings import to explicit imports and corrected the mappings note.
Removed
- Cleanup: stale IDE-remapper junk comments in 7 modules.
blackout.accesswidener: removed the unusedHolder$Reference bindKeyentry.- Cleanup: 7 vestigial accessor mixins with zero call sites (latent startup-crash risk under
defaultRequire: 1).
Fixed
- Build: locked the mojmap environment and corrected
fabric.mod.jsondependency declarations. - Port: converted 15 source files from mixed yarn/mojmap to consistent mojmap.
- Port: fixed all remaining Minecraft + Meteor 26.1.2 API breaks.
- Port: revalidated every mixin and the access widener against Minecraft 26.1.2.
- Port: fixed four runtime mixin-resolution failures found via
runClientsmoke tests. - Port: retargeted
MixinPlayerSoundModifier.crystalHitsto the 26.1.2 server-side sound path. - Tooling: PowerShell 5.1 encoding fix in the launcher + Baritone at
runClientruntime. - AutoCart: repaired Auto Ignite — it was a no-op that interacted with the floor instead of the TNT-minecart entity; removed the dead
placeModesetting and added a configurableplacementLimit. - BOEntityUtils: restored the section-scoped, allocation-free, first-hit entity-intersection fast path that was lost during porting (a genuine AutoCrystal/HoleFill accuracy regression).
