Confirm resource commitments

• California: 0.5 FTE (2 people at 0.25 each)
• Vermont: 1 FTE (3 people at 0.33 each)
• CNSI: 2 FTE
• MITRE: 1.5 FTE (3 people)

Revisit MES Functional Areas

Some concern that there is a lot of overlap among members. Looking for ways to distribute efforts as much as possible.

• Provider Management (CNSI #1)
  • Screening (MITRE – another group, VT #2)
  • Enrollment
• Claims
• Pharmacy (MITRE – another group)
• Financial Management
• Member Management (VT #2)
  • Eligibility
  • Enrollment
• Third Party Liability
• Case Management (VT #1, CA #1)
• Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence / Analytics
• Managed Care Enrollment Broker
• Integration Platform (MITRE RA team)

CNSI will provide #2 and #3 priorities by 6/27

Reference Architecture Names

• New name: MESRA (Medicaid Enterprise System Reference Architecture)

GitHub

• Setting up MITA Governance Board area on GitHub
  • Working group artifacts will be place in repository under that area
• Please send Dave Hill all GitHub user names that will need repository access by end of Tuesday next week

Ongoing Format for Weekly Meetings

• Will shift from topic-driven to mostly status and development-driven
• Status format
  • What you did last week
  • What you plan to do this week
  • Blockers Development
  • Demonstration / presentation of completed work
  • Will look to define coordinated sprints if functional area schedules allow it

Next week

• Each group member to provide a schedule for when a development plan can be shared for assigned functional area service definitions
• MITRE is working on a service definition “template” to be released to members early next week for review
