1.0.6 beta 4 - Update header structure

In addition to the previous changes in branding imagery and spacing, we've decided to change the structure of the header to be more in line with our other web applications. That calls for splitting the link in the header, so that the Libraries' logo links to the organization homepage, while only the "Dome" platform name links to the platform homepage.

Some styles update as a result of this change, because the MIT-logo class goes away.

1.0.6 beta 3 - hopefully final branding updated

This should be the final beta release of the work to update our institute branding and footer contents.

This is a beta release working toward updating the application branding for Dome, in conjunction with changes to our other platforms. Changes include:

• Loading logos in the header and footer from our CDN
• Using the correct favicon and apple touch icons (the MIT logo, not the DSpace logo)
• Updating the content in the footer

Debugging (carlj)

This release re-installs the out-of-the-box DSpace 6.* Mirage2 discovery.xsl (.../dspace/modules/xmlui-mirage2/src/main/webapp/themes/mit-fol/xsl/custom/aspect/discovery/discovery.xsl) to display thumbnails to search results in the Atmire derived mit-fol theme.

Configuration change (local.cfg):
An entry for xmlui.user.registration of false, which should disable the Register link from the bottom of the right sidebar
