Nothing to install: .NET is inside each package.
macOS: unzip and move MagSID to Applications. Not signed with a Developer ID: the first time, right-click the app and choose Open, then Open again.
Windows: unzip and run MagSID.exe. It is not code-signed, so SmartScreen may ask the first time: More info, then Run anyway.
Linux: unpack and run ./MagSID; README.txt says how to add it to the menu.
SHA-256 checksums are in SHA256SUMS.txt.
