Radial treemap map layout: choose "Radial TreeMap" to see the folder you are in ring by ring as in the sunburst, with each folder's files packed as a treemap instead of thin slices, and click your way in and out.
Folder colours in the radial layouts: a Folders card beside Color in the sunburst and radial treemap picks what a folder's colour shows, such as its highest, lowest or middle file, and tints folders by it or keeps them a neutral grey.
Levels in the radial layouts: a slider in the layout picker sets how many folder levels, from 1 to 10, the sunburst and radial treemap show around the centre.
Search in the radial layouts: searching the explorer greys out what the search misses in the sunburst and radial treemap, as in the 3D map, while the folders leading to a hit keep their colour.
Selection in the radial layouts: the file you select takes the selection colour in the sunburst and radial treemap, as in the 3D map.
File types in the radial layouts: hovering a file type in the bar below the map lights up those files in the sunburst and radial treemap and fades the rest.
Keep Highlight in the radial layouts: the context menu of the sunburst and radial treemap keeps a file or folder lit while the rest of the map fades, until you remove it or click the map.
Folder marks in the radial layouts: folders you mark with a colour from the context menu or the colour settings take that colour in the sunburst and radial treemap, the folders inside them too.
Changed
Flatten & decolor: the context menu names what flattening a node does, since it also greys the node out.
Sunburst labels: names in the sunburst curve along wide segments and run straight along narrow ones, as in the radial treemap.
Clicking beside the words keeps your file: clicking the domain cloud where no word is drawn only unpins the open word, and the cloud stays on the file or folder you selected.
Explorer keeps its open folders: switching the explorer to Words or collapsing it and coming back shows the files with the same folders open as before.
Smooth hover on big maps: hovering the sunburst or radial treemap of a large map fades the rest of it gently instead of in one jump.
Fixed 馃悶
Kept highlight: moving the pointer off the file type bar below the 3D map no longer drops a highlight you kept.
Faded pieces after hovering: moving the pointer off the sunburst or radial treemap no longer leaves the rest of the map faded until you hover it again.
Color setup after the sunburst: switching to the sunburst or radial treemap and back keeps your color metric and color range, and picking a color metric there unlinks it from the height metric.
