Emergency regression hotfix. Reverted the terrain-restoration radius preview change that mutated shared particle overlay sizes and broke tool previews after switching the build menu with Tab. Restores the isolated square frame and cross preview. Retains the Gale-compatible embedded English and Russian translations from 1.4.6.
