Deft v0.3.0-preview.128

Host 0.3.0-preview.128, schema 128, with Author Kit 0.1.0-alpha.40. Recovers expired account updates only when the Runtime proves the provider exchange never started; preserves consumed callback history and offers Recover account setup through the product. Schema128 changes two guard functions without rewriting data or prior ledger rows. Existing Runtime18 and Author Kit39 protocols remain compatible.

The release includes #379's removal of 134 unreachable built-in Email API files; the standalone App uses generic platform routes. Existing database history is retained. Back up the database and Runtime store before schema upgrades; retain the previous image for rollback.
