0.8.1: fix CPU temperature and clock freezing without admin rights

Without the kernel driver, Telemetry drops the hardware library's empty CPU
sensors after three ticks and falls back to Windows' ACPI thermal zone and
performance counter. The CPU values were not cleared after that, so the
fallbacks stopped running and the last reading stuck. They are now cleared
every tick. Adds --sensor-probe, which logs Gauge's readings next to the
library's raw CPU sensors.
