0.8.2: read CPU temperature from whichever sensor reports

Gauge bound one CPU temperature sensor at launch and fell back to the
ACPI thermal zone when it gave no value, which on many desktops is a
fixed number. It now walks every CPU temperature sensor in priority
order each tick, records the source, logs it when it changes, and shows
it (with the elevation state) in --sensor-probe.
