Added

• Landscape post-it deck layout. The deck's notes can now render as
  wide, short cards (title + body preview + chevron), overlapping like a
  pad of post-its, matching the shape of ManuNotes for iOS's stacked
  layout — a new button in the pill, between the add and quit buttons,
  toggles it against the classic narrow tab fan. The choice persists and
  applies to every screen.

Changed

• The deck scrolls now. Both layouts render inside a ScrollView
  instead of capping at 8 visible notes with a separate "+N more"
  popover, which is gone along with the 8-note cap.
• The deck sizes to its content and centers on the screen, the same
  way the pill already does, instead of always spanning the full screen
  height with notes pinned to the top. It only reaches from edge to edge
  once there are enough notes to actually need that much room.
