Quick Find (#121) — one box that both searches your tasks and jumps anywhere: type to match lists, areas, projects and tags, or tasks. Results are grouped (lists → areas & projects → tags → tasks), subtask hits show their parent, picking a task reveals and expands it in place, and the whole flow is keyboard-only if you want it. Desktop opens it by just typing in a list view; mobile by pulling down. A permanent "continue searching" entry widens the search to Logbook and Trash.

🐛 Fixed

• Stale chunks after a deploy (#120) — a browser still running the previous bundle used to fail forever on lazily loaded routes; it now hard-refreshes once to pick up the new entry point.
• Change events could be dropped mid-transaction (#122) — a flush racing a transaction could publish rows before they committed, and the client's created / updated events were lost until the next resync.
