Release v1.3.0

This is a stable release of the DIM Aegis Overlay extension. It introduces armor set bonus ranking integration, dual independent vault grade filtering for weapons and perk rolls in the Aegis Explorer, layout corrections to prevent horizontal scrolling on the side panel, and full weapon badge support for the beta version of DIM.

What's New in v1.3.0

Armor Set Bonus Ranking

  • Set Bonus Integration: Armor pieces belonging to sets with notable bonuses (using LowCo and Azra spreadsheet) are now recognized and ranked. The set bonus tier is factored directly into the armor's overall grade, highlighting pieces with high set synergy.

Dual Vault Filtering

  • Independent Grade Filters: The Aegis Explorer vault page now features separate selectors for Weapon Rank and Perks Rank. This allows you to filter the vault independently by the overall archetype viability of a weapon versus the quality of its roll, replacing the previous single combined selector.

Side Panel Layout Corrections

  • Horizontal Scroll Prevention: Resolved a clipping issue where the Aegis recommended perks side panel expanded beyond the viewport, preventing the layout from breaking or generating a horizontal scrollbar.

DIM Beta Badge Compatibility

  • Beta Badge Support: Fixed a badge removal race condition that caused rank badges to be absent on beta.destinyitemmanager.com. Badges now load and render reliably on both production and beta environments.

Installation

For Chromium browsers:

  1. Download the packaged dim-aegis-overlay-v1.3.0.zip file.
  2. Unpack the ZIP file.
  3. Open Chrome/Opera and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
  4. Enable Developer mode in the top-right corner.
  5. Click Load unpacked and select the unpacked directory.

For Firefox:

  1. Download the packaged dim-aegis-overlay-v1.3.0.zip file.
  2. Unpack the ZIP file.
  3. Go to the "Manage Extensions"
  4. Press the Gear at the top and select "Debug add-ons"
  5. Press "Load Temporary Add-on" and select the unzipped directory.
