Maximus Chain v1.1.0 Release Announcement (fork for evo nodes)

We are thrilled to embark on our "Maximal" journey by announcing our next mainnet release. Activating Evo nodes from block 355k.

Thanks to everyone involved in making this a reality and kudos to the Osmium team for making an awesome Dash fork. Last but not least, massive thanks to Dash and Bitcoin developers - we could not have done it without you.
On a side note we have added a Maximus bootstrap for Windows and Linux.
