0.1.2: Pro link in settings opens the Pro page

DOCX Export Studio 0.1.2 (AI-assisted, open source, MIT).

What changed since 0.1.1: the "How to get Pro" link in the plugin settings now opens the optional Pro page on Gumroad in your browser (it only opens when you click it; the plugin makes no extra network call). The README now says near the top that Pro is an optional paid upgrade and that we earn money if you buy it. No other code change.

Free export is unchanged and needs no account or network.

Tests: typecheck, 44 automated tests and build pass (2026-10-05). Not re-run in the Obsidian app on 0.1.2; the last app run (Obsidian 1.13.7, Linux) was on 0.1.0. See TESTED.md in the repo for the full list of what is and is not tested.

Files: main.js, manifest.json (install these two), THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.
