easyBTX 0.6.9 — updates take care of themselves
easyBTX 0.6.9 makes updates take care of themselves, on Mac and Windows.
Automatic updates that actually work. The app now installs new versions on its own: it checks every 30 minutes and updates automatically. You can turn this off in Settings, where it still checks hourly and shows an update cue instead. A failed download retries on the next check instead of silently giving up.
Your rig always has a name. Machines could previously show up nameless on the pool dashboard (a hidden "-ALPHA-1" entry) when a hardware probe failed at launch. Every rig now always reports a proper GPU name, so you can find your machine in the charts.
Windows is back in sync. The Windows build returns to the same version as the Mac, carrying the proven v0.32.2 CUDA solver plus the post-fork correctness guards from 0.6.8 (job/time pinning, older NVIDIA GPUs enabled on every mining path).
The disclosed 4.99% tool fee is unchanged. Full changelog: https://easybtx.com/changelog
