eve: replace forge opencrow bot with hermes-agent Slack gateway#5738

The numtide Slack workspace is where coding requests actually happen, so move the coding bot there. Forge (opencrow/Nostr) is removed together with its soul file and Nostr key generator; hermes-agent from llm-agents.nix runs in its own nspawn container instead, talking Slack via socket mode and using an Anthropic subscription setup token (Copilot was evaluated first but is blocked by the numtide org policy).

The service is no longer needed on eve, so drop the flake input and its NixOS module to reduce evaluation and update overhead.
