Orchestrix v0.1.0

Orchestrate multiple AI agents across projects — all in one workspace.

Features

Multi-Terminal Workspace

  • Run up to 3 terminal panes side by side, each bound to a project
  • Drag terminal headers to reorder, sidebar project list syncs automatically

Layer-Based UI

  • Terminal Layer (foreground): multi-pane shell view
  • Editor Layer (background): full-screen code editing
  • Switch between layers via toolbar toggle or click files in sidebar

Code Editor

  • VS Code-style split editor with drag-and-drop tab reordering and splitting
  • 25+ language syntax highlighting (JS/TS, Python, C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, and more)
  • Per-project layout persistence (splits, open files, cursor positions restored on project switch)
  • Cmd+S / Ctrl+S to save

Git Integration

  • File status badges (M/A/D/U) in the file tree
  • Blue hatched gutter marks for modified lines (live update on edit)
  • Inline blame: cursor line shows last commit author and time
  • Click gutter marks to view old code inline with Revert button
  • Full side-by-side diff view with draggable splitter

File Operations

  • Right-click context menu: New File, New Folder, Rename, Delete
  • Image/video/audio preview
  • Hex Editor for binary files (address/hex/ascii columns, byte inspector)

Agent Ready

  • Terminal runs any CLI tool (claude, codex, etc.)
  • Agent management UI coming in next release
