Fixed logins failing with "version mismatch" after a Rocket League game update — bumped the dank/rlapi dependency to the current game version.

The app now detects a version mismatch itself and shows a dialog explaining it, with a "Check for updates" button and a link to open a GitHub issue, instead of just a generic auth-error log line.

Fixed content getting cut off with no way to scroll on a short window (e.g. keeping the app small on a second monitor) — both the account list and the Settings screen now scroll properly when their content doesn't fit.

This installer isn't code-signed. Windows SmartScreen and some antivirus engines (Microsoft Defender included) may flag it — this is a well-documented false-positive pattern (Trojan:*/Wacatac.*!ml-style heuristic detections) affecting unsigned Go/NSIS-built applications broadly, not something specific to this app. If you hit it: "More info" → "Run anyway" in the SmartScreen prompt.
