Hero Core Archipelago v1.0.1 Prerelease

Forces Doors containing most Bosses to be closed until defeated, even if you have the respective door key.

• This is to prevent bosses from being able to go out of bounds.
• Stationary Bosses; i.e. Plasma Hydra, Rock Smasher, and Liquid Metal Processor; do not close their doors if you have the door key item for that boss.
