Compliance release for the TOS app-store review: ships the complete compliance dossier (privacy policy, open-source licences and dependency notices, third-party service and data-flow disclosure, user data access/correction/deletion paths, supply-chain provenance, SBOM) both inside the package and in this repository, and tightens the privileged services to a minimal capability set - netcheck-helper.service keeps only CAP_CHOWN, CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE and CAP_NET_ADMIN, netcheck-bpf.service only CAP_NET_ADMIN, CAP_NET_RAW, CAP_BPF and CAP_PERFMON, both with NoNewPrivileges=true.
