New Features

Added options to follow the initial BPM in listen-repeat and pattern preview modes (this should help a lot with some levels)
Added a sound cue for multitaps
Added a sound cue for holds (this should make Neo Cosmos accessible)
Added support for the new import level screen
Added the audio cue glossary, a place where you can hear all the audio cues the mod adds and what they do
Added controller support

Bug Fixes

In Neo Cosmos, the medal in the pause menu now reads correctly
The settings menu can't be opened mid level anymore
