为网络管理器的标签管理界面添加了排序、搜索、编辑功能。
添加功能：手持已选择标签的网络管理器，右键长按物流组件时，可以选择配置对应物流网络下所有物流组件的网络。
添加功能：在物品栏菜单中使用网络管理器右键物流组件，也可以为其配置物流网络。
修复：修复了网络管理器与工厂仪表的交互问题。
【重要】 变更了网络管理器的数据储存方式，使其保存在物品数据而非服务端数据内，使得不同的网络管理器可以拥有不同的标签。更新模组后预计旧的网络管理器中保存的数据会消失，请注意。

Added sorting , search and edit functions to the label management interface of the network manager. Added feature: holding a network manager with selected labels and long-pressing right-click on a logistics component now allows configuring the logistics network for all logistics components under its corresponding logistics network. Added feature: using a network manager in the inventory menu to right-click a logistics component can also configure its logistics network. Fixed interaction issues between the network manager and the factory panel.
[Important] Changed the data storage method for the network manager to save data within the item data rather than the server-side data, allowing different network managers to have distinct labels. Please note that data stored in older network managers is expected to be lost after updating the mod.
