Using uv is a bit more complicated for the commands, and this removes some layer caching,
but it makes it much easier to work out how to run local commands that match production.
This is replaced by uv.lock

This worked locally buf ofc there's some chance that changing the prod image will break things. Do you want to merge this and try a deploy at some convenient time (no rush)?

Sounds good, I can try deploying it on Monday. I've noticed there is an error thrown after django version update and it's breaking the import, added a PR #94 with a fix.
