Distribution / install fixes:

npx install now ships tools/ (the cinematic-doctor quality gate), ASSETS-3D.md, FRAME.md & REVIEW.md — previously SKILL.md referenced files the installer didn't copy.
Claude Code plugin.json version realigned (was stale at 2.1.0); version sync widened to a quad (+ plugin.json) with an installer-payload completeness guard so it can't drift again.
Published to npm at 2.5.1 (was stale at 2.1.0).

Live demo rebuilt as a circular WebGL flythrough — gyroscope-steerable, glassmorphic cards that fly from the vanishing point.
