Description: PubTator 3.0 is a biomedical literature resource using state-of-the-art AI techniques to offer semantic and relation searches for key concepts like proteins, genetic variants, diseases and chemicals. It covers millions of PubMed abstracts and full-text articles from PMC Open Access Subset (PMC-OA).

PubTator has been serving the research community since 2013 when the widely used PubTator system was first developed and evolved through major upgrades to PubTator3.
