Highlights

  • Added production-grade remote data queries with authorized large-result promotion, provenance and audit records, and recovery after interrupted exports.
  • Hardened workspace synchronization and lifecycle handling with recoverable cleanup, in-place storage, backfill and maintenance commands, and cross-user access checks.
  • Improved the Analysis UI with a completed light theme, clearer workspace switching, unified editing and Trash controls, and better plot and evidence presentation.
  • Added portable notebook support through the omero-analysis-notebook SDK, example notebooks, protocol documentation, and a reusable notebook-creation skill.
  • Expanded deployment guidance and release evidence, including 10M-row capacity, engine OOM, power-cut, reliability, and compatibility gates.

What's Changed
